CMHA’s Midyear Meeting allows members to participate in committee meetings, enjoy valuable networking opportunities, and take some time to enjoy activities in the host city. Held in unique and attractive locations, the Midyear Meeting often encourages members to bring their families along. The event also includes special spouse programs and activities, making it a perfect blend of professional development and family fun. Join us for a memorable experience that combines industry insights with leisure and connection!
There are multiple registration options to select from. Available opportunities include Full Meeting Registration, Spouse/Guest and Child Registration, Spouse/Guest Program Bundle, and optional Wednesday afternoon activities.
All CMHA meeting attendees must be active CMHA members.

This registration includes access to all open Committee Meetings, the Masonry and Hardscape Town Halls, the EPG Networking event (if applicable), daily hospitality, the Member Networking Reception, Concrete Women Connect (if applicable) and Night Out – Ottawa.

Spouse/Guest and Child Registration
Each of these registration types include daily hospitality, the Member Networking Reception, and Night Out – Ottawa. The Spouse/Guest registration also allows those who are interested to attend the optional Breakfast & Book Talk and Concrete Women Connect (if applicable).

NEW Spouse/Guest Program Bundle

CMHA has coordinated three separate events for our meeting attendees, spouses and/or guests to take advantage of during the open afternoon on Wednesday, August 14.

Emerging Professionals Group Events Only
This registration type is open to local Emerging Professionals Group members who ONLY plan to attend the EPG Meeting (Tuesday, August 13) and the EPG Networking Event (Wednesday, August 14).
Early bird: $75 | Regular: $85 | Onsite: $95
* Note: This does NOT include access to any CMHA Committee Meetings, Forums, Member Hospitality or Evening Networking Events. If you want to include these events, you will need to purchase a Full Member Meeting Registration.
Registration Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be sent to CMHA in writing, via email. A refund, less a $75.00 administrative fee, will be issued if the request is received no later than July 29, 2024. Due to financial obligations incurred by CMHA, no refunds will be issued on cancellation requests received after July 29, 2024. Substitutions from the same company will be permitted at any time prior to the meeting start date, without penalty.
