The CMHA Midyear Meeting provides a unique opportunity for our members to come together in an effort to promote segmental concrete products and systems by increasing awareness in research, education, testing standards and concrete construction practices. Members who attend are able to participate in committee meetings, enjoy networking opportunities, and even take some time to enjoy activities in the host city. The Midyear Meeting is often held in unique locations where members may choose to bring their families, and may include spouse events.

Reservation Deadline:

Reservations close on July 4, 2025. Book your room now!

A three day cancellation policy applies to arrivals between May 1-December 19. Reservations booked by individual attendees require a credit card deposit of one night’s room rate and tax at time of booking. In the event of a late cancellation (within 72 hours of check-in) or no-show, the deposit of one night’s room rate and tax will be forfeited.
