2025 Annual Meeting Sponsorship Opportunities

Lanyards hold the badges for all attendees at the CMHA Annual Meeting. Sponsorship of the lanyards is certain to call attention to your company’s artwork and messaging! Production/artwork of the lanyards as well as shipping fees are at the expense of the sponsor. Total lanyard order should be 450-500, with either one or two clips (two preferred). Sponsor must include the CMHA block logo in addition to sponsor’s artwork/messaging. Artwork for the lanyards must be approved by CMHA prior to being printed.

The hotel will place these inside each meeting room where coffee/refreshments will be served. Production/artwork for the cups and lids and shipping to the hotel are at the expense of the sponsor. Artwork for the cups must be approved by CMHA prior to printing. Recyclable, 8-10 oz. coffee cups with lids are preferred.

Reach meeting attendees as they go from their hotel rooms to meetings—and back. Advertise in the hotel’s five elevators for 4 days, Sunday through Wednesday. Your company can provide short video content, or a static image, which will be placed on the digital screens in the elevators. (Design specifications will be provided. Graphics must be approved by CMHA).

The sponsorship fee does not include the cost to create the video or graphics.

Each time attendees reach for their hotel room key card, they will see the exclusive sponsor company’s logo printed on the key card. A great company recognition opportunity! Sponsor is responsible for any costs incurred for art creation with outside vendor, as well as production and shipping costs. Sponsor must include “CMHA” in the artwork of the key card. Artwork must be approved by CMHA prior to producing.

Each sponsor can include their company logo and/or custom messaging on the cling – OR one sponsor can purchase all three. A great opportunity! One (1) 3 x 3 foot (36” x 36”) cling placed within the CMHA meeting space and just prior to entering the walkway to the convention center. Sponsors can include their company logo and/or custom messaging on the cling. Artwork must be approved by CMHA staff prior to production. Cling placement selections are done in the order that the sponsorships are sold/confirmed and will be determined by CMHA staff.
